fused glass art commissions
Glass fusing is the process by which different forms and colours of glass are bonded through heat in a kiln. Powders, metal & enamel can be incorporated into the layers of glass to create some beautiful effects. I use this technique to produce striking & contemporary designs that can be used in different settings in both homes & commercial premises. I can also create large, free-standing sculptures (and am currently working on a commission for Dundee Botanical Gardens).
Every piece of fused glass is unique & handmade from start to finish. When it comes to private commissions, I work with the client to create a beautiful design that complements & enhances the space.
Using traditional & modern techniques, glass fusing can be used to create any kind of design in any combination of colours. Landscapes, abstract, nature, flowers…the only limit is your imagination.
I can create beautiful wall hangings, unique kitchen splashbacks, free-standing sculptures, bowls & glass waves.
Whether you are a private client, interior designer or business…I would love to talk about your ideas, so please get in touch.

Read to talk?
Let’s discuss your ideas…
The next step would be to arrange a meeting, ideally at your home or business. We can talk about your ideas on style & colours. This also gives me the opportunity to assess where the design would be displayed.
After this, I will create some designs to show you at a follow-up meeting. At this stage, I can also provide a quotation.
Assuming you’d like to ahead, I then start work on bringing your design to life.
