Glass Fusing Classes

In simple terms, glass fusing is simply the process of stacking two or more layers of compatible glass together to make a design. The stacked glass is placed in the super-heated environment of a kiln where it melts together. This technique can be used to produce a variety of objects in beautiful colours.  The design is only limited by your imagination.

The 3-hour glass fusing classes all take place in my working studio, which is 20-30 mins from Glasgow, in Dumbarton. There’s a maximum of 10 people on a course, which means that it’s easy to have 1-2-1 time with everyone taking part.

All classes are suitable for beginners & we cover all of the basics, which include: creating designs, glass cutting, building the design

I try to ensure that the lessons are always fun & relaxed, but that you still end the course with a new skill and a piece of art that you can be proud of.
